Give your child a fun opportunity to learn skills for managing anxiety. Through nature-based mindfulness activities and Coping Cat, an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral curriculum, children will learn techniques for recognizing and coping with anxious thoughts and feelings. Kids will have the chance to practice these skills both in-session and through home assignments. Parents will be updated on their child’s progress and given activities to use at home. Ages 7-12
The group has been a very helpful place for our daughter to practice the anxiety management skills being taught and she has enjoyed it!
