Mini, Junior, Senior World of Water
Designed for campers who love being in the water. Campers will spend one day at a local beach and another at a local water park! They will also spend time on our property exploring the Scarborough Marsh, playing extra water games, and doing water and ocean-themed activities. Open to all swim abilities and campers must be comfortable putting their face in the water.
Campers will immerse themselves in aquatic adventures, spending ample time working on their swimming techniques through dedicated practice sessions. They’ll have the opportunity to explore the beaches of the local area and enjoy visits to a nearby waterpark. They’ll delve into the habitat of the Scarborough Marsh, discovering the marine and aquatic life that call it home. Daily swims in Ketcha’s pond or pool will help with their aquatic skills and provide refreshing relief from the summer heat.
Campers will find confidence, strength, and stamina in the water, along with essential water safety skills. They’ll deepen their understanding of marine and aquatic habitats, gaining insight into the ecosystems of oceans, ponds, and wetlands. Participation in aquatic activities will foster a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among campers as they support each other.
