As summer winds down, we start dreaming about crisp fall mornings, colorful leaves, and the joy of a new school year at Farm and Forest School.
Our nature-based preschool offers a unique learning experience where the forest serves as the classroom and curiosity is the primary curriculum. Children spend their days exploring trails, tending the garden, observing seasonal changes, and learning through hands-on play.
This fall, we’ll be welcoming new families and continuing our traditions, from leaf scavenger hunts to campfire story time. We believe children learn best when they’re connected to nature, and our program is designed to nurture not only academic skills but also resilience, confidence, and a deep love for the outdoors.
Join us for an exciting outdoor program every Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, running from September through May!

9:15 AM: Head out for an extended hike on Ketcha’s beautiful 107 acres.
Lunchtime: Enjoy a meal on the trail.
2:00 PM: Return to the preschool building for a relaxing rest time.
