Jennifer Ogden joined the board for Ketcha Outdoors in 2022. She works as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Evernorth; a regional organization representing affordable housing projects across Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. She provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s HR operations. She is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals. Her professional work also includes helping to build and maintain a developmental organizational culture in a complex and evolving environment, maintain positive and collaborative partnerships with senior staff and Board of Directors as well as serve as a member of the senior leadership team; helping to form and guide organizational goals, strategies and performance.
Jenn has over 15 years’ experience in the Human Resources industry in both public and private entities as well as industries such as manufacturing, affordable housing, transportation, government, education and more. She is a member of SHRM and is a certified SPHR. Jenn has Bachelors in Professional Writing from NYIT – Master’s in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from Ellis University.
Jenn is a mother of three children, 2 of which attended Ketcha Outdoors in their younger years and all of which keep her on her toes! She is an active sports coach for soccer and basketball, a snowboarder instructor and coach, runner and former multi-Tough Mudder competitor; she loves to be active and outdoors!
