Ketcha Outdoors offers beautiful indoor and outdoor rental space, available year-round for you to create an event as elegant or as casual as you want it to be. Our facility is ideal for your wedding, family reunion, or work conference. With our unique weekend-long rental format, you’ll have the time to create the DIY event of your dreams, on a budget!
Whether you choose to hold your event inside, outside or both, our accommodations are sure to exceed your expectations. All facility rental proceeds provide valuable support to help fulfill our mission of getting kids outside and active.
Host the DIY event of your dreams, on a budget!
Bring in the caterer of your choice, do all the cooking yourself, or hold a potluck. You will have full access to our commercial grade kitchen. Bring in a food truck to park near the pavilion or fire up your grill. Hire a bartender, serve alcohol yourself, or host a BYOB event. Hire a DJ or put on your own perfectly curated playlist. When you choose Ketcha Outdoors for your special event, you can customize every detail to be exactly the way you want it to be.
Your facility rental includes the use of the following items: 6′ banquet tables, 8′ banquet tables, 5′ round tables, white plastic folding chairs, and wooden folding chairs. We do not provide linens or tableware.
Renters are responsible to set up and break down their event and Ketcha Outdoors provides tables and indoor/outdoor chairs for your use. With your rental starting Friday evening and ending Sunday evening, you will have ample time to set up and break down in a stress free way.
Our Great Room
Over 2,200 square feet, our Great Room features a hardwood floor, 30′ vaulted ceiling, brilliant windows with views of our grounds, and a large stone fireplace with seating for 150 people. Adjoining the Great Room by two large sliding doors, our Conference Room is a more intimate space seating 40+ people. This flexible setting of 648 square feet offers additional function and seating space to the Great Room.
Pavilion & Outdoor Stage
In addition to our indoor facility, our Pavilion and grounds with outdoor stage provide areas for wedding ceremonies, bands, dancing, picnics, clambakes, and space for function tents. With 1,200 square feet, the Pavilion offers seating for up to 130 people which is convenient to Great Room. It is equipped with electric power, lights, and picnic tables. Our outdoor stage is frequently used for outdoor wedding ceremonies or bands. There is also a playground available for your youngest guests.
We’re also pleased to offer our wedding clients complimentary access to an online planning portal to support the coordination of their event at Ketcha Outdoors. This portal comes full of fun features like:
- A planning checklist to help you stay on track.
- A custom wedding website builder to share important event details with guests.
- Vendor recommendations and a place to share vendor information with us, your host.
- A place to store and share documents.
- A messaging system to send us questions as needed.

Ketcha Outdoors is available to rent for the entire weekend, Friday evening until Sunday evening. The rate for the weekend is $5,200 and includes the Great Room, pavilion, grounds, kitchen, and bathrooms. Renters are responsible to set up/break down their own event, including tables and chairs. They are also responsible to clean the facility themselves or hire our cleaners for an additional fee. We no longer offer daily rentals or rentals for individual spaces.
