Transportation & Extended Care

Parent Transportation

If parents are providing transportation for their camper(s) and not using Early Care, they may arrive for the camp start at 9 a.m. Camp ends at 4 p.m. each day. For the safety of each camper, the person picking up the camper must sign the child out with the child’s counselor. Every person picking up a child must show a photo ID that matches our list of approved pickups. Staff members must check IDs for anyone picking up a child they cannot name.

Please enter on Black Point Road and exit on the Spurwink Road (Rt.77) entrance. Our speed limit is 5MPH, and we ask that no one park in our bus circle between the hours of 8:45-9:15 and 3:45-4:15. Please observe these measures to keep all children safe at Camp Ketcha and help with traffic flow.

Bus Service

• Please arrive 10 minutes early at the bus stops so we can stay on schedule.
• Bus Transportation is $85/week
• Bus deposit is $15/week, non-refundable, non-transferable.
• Busing provided by Custom Coach of New England.
• Supervision provided by Camp Ketcha Staff.
• Bus Transportation is available weeks 4-9.

Extended Care

• Early Care: 7:30 am – 9:00 am, Monday – Friday: $40/week
• Late Care: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday – Thursday, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm Friday: $45/week
• Early & Late Care: $70/week
