Parent Transportation
If parents are providing transportation for their camper(s) and not using Early Care, they may arrive for the camp start at 9 a.m. Camp ends at 4 p.m. each day. For the safety of each camper, the person picking up the camper must sign the child out with the child’s counselor. Every person picking up a child must show a photo ID that matches our list of approved pickups. Staff members must check IDs for anyone picking up a child they cannot name.
Please enter on Black Point Road and exit on the Spurwink Road (Rt.77) entrance. Our speed limit is 5MPH, and we ask that no one park in our bus circle between the hours of 8:45-9:15 and 3:45-4:15. Please observe these measures to keep all children safe at Camp Ketcha and help with traffic flow.
Bus Service
- Qualified drivers operate all Camp Ketcha buses. Each bus has one or two Camp Ketcha staff monitors who are equipped with a cell phone. Bus transportation is $85 per week per camper. Transportation is provided by Dirigo Bus Lines and bus supervision is provided by Camp Ketcha staff. You will need to sign up for the bus ahead of time on your child’s online account.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early at the bus stops so we can stay on schedule

- Bus deposit is $15/week, non-refundable, and non-transferable
- Bus Transportation is available during week 2 and weeks 4-9 only (June 23-August 15, NO BUS WEEK 3 due to lower enrollment during the holiday)

Extended Care
- Early and Late care are offered each day the camp is open. Camp counselors supervise activities such as free play, sports, games, and crafts. Early care and late care are held outside, except in cases of inclement weather.
- Early Care: 7:30 am-9 am – $40 for the week
- Late Care: 4 pm-6 pm- $45 for the week
- Early & Late Care: $70 for the week
